Turnaround

We print every item on demand after your order is placed and we work hard to print and ship your order as fast as possible. Typically for single-color prints, this takes 1-3 business days, and our current turnaround is usually listed at the top of our homepage. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day!

Some items like full color apparel and etched drinkware take a bit longer, at 2-7 days. 

We are always upfront about our shipping costs. We use a cost based shipping rate, so you will never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping cost. We print, package, and ship every item you purchase with great care and treat your order as we'd want our own items to be treated.

Shipping

All items are shipped either by UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service).

Typically, shipments below $75 in value & under 3 pounds in weight will ship via USPS, which takes between 2 - 7 business days for delivery.

Shipments that are over $75 and/or over 3 pounds will typically ship via UPS. UPS ship times will vary depending on where the destination is in the country. We are on the East Coast, so standard UPS shipping can take up to 6 business days to reach the West Coast.

Rules & Exceptions

* Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax & pre-discount merchandise totals.
* Flat rate shipping charges apply to orders shipping domestically in the 48 contiguous United States only.
* For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, there may be an additional charge for express deliveries.
* We mainly use USPS as our primary shipping carrier however some heavier packages > 3 lbs. may be shipped using UPS.
* During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
* Note that the shipping times listed above do not take into account national holidays. Because we can not make shipments when the United States Postal Service is closed, please adjust the above times accordingly when the post office is shut down

Rates For Expedited Shipping

Please add an additional $37.99 for UPS or USPS Express shipping. These each guarantee delivery within 1-2 business days. If you're on the East coast, you'll likely receive it next day.

*Note: If your Express order shipment cost exceeds $37.99 (Typically packages over 3-5lbs), you will be responsible for the overcharge. We will make every attempt to contact you via email to advise you of the actual charges prior to shipping your package.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico

There is no additional charge to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, however we do not offer express shipping to these regions.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer shipping to Canada and Australia in addition to the United States on www.zoecreativeco.com Please refer to our international shipping page for more information.

Returns

At Zoe Creative Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of all our products.

However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn & unused products to us for a full refund.

Please contact us here within 72 hours of delivery for authorization if you wish to return an item. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.

Please provide the following information in your message, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

  • Name & Email (same as on order)
  • Order #
  • Reason for return

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will NOT accept returns that have been worn, laundered, or altered in any way

If the product is defective, your return will be authorized for your choice of either a replacement or full refund to your original payment method, including shipping charges. 

*Defective items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present BEFORE being washed, wrong size, color, or design. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered.

For authorized returns where your product is not defective, you will receive your refund less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.

We will reply to your return request with a pre-paid return label and instructions for your return. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any worn, used, personalized or monogrammed items in our store.

The purchase of EVENT-SPECIFIC and HOLIDAY items are FINAL. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any item that contains a holiday or event-related graphic (ex: birthday, Christmas).
