Shipping policy

We ship within the United States.

Printing time

Every order is printed after you place it, most of them in our own shop. Most orders print within 1 to 3 business days; larger orders and some garments can take a few days longer.

Delivery time

Orders usually ship by USPS or UPS, though we occasionally use other carriers when needed. Most arrive within 2 to 7 business days of the ship date, depending on where you are. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Ordering for a date

If you need your order by a certain date, such as a holiday, a party or a trip, please order with plenty of time and email us at hello@zoecreativeco.com before you order. We'll help however we can.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Addresses and carrier delays

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If a package is late or lost, email us and we'll help you with the carrier.
